Purchased Simsation High Res 9000i TV for 100 simpoints, can't place it

I purchased the Simsation High Res 9000i TV for 100 Simpoints but I can't find it anywhere in the Buy Mode to place it in my apt. I see that it has downloaded to the buy mode and it's taken my simpoints. I'm confused as to what's going on. I've even shut down the game and reloaded and it still doesn't let me use it. Help please?

see if it show up in the sort by function-electronics-televisions it should be bottom of the televisions as it is one of the more expensieve tellys once you find it place it on a wall as it is a wall telly and four tiles wide which is how many squares it needs to be placed
