Purchased Simpoints haven't appeared

Hey,

Earlier today I purchased 1000 simpoints (Order Number: 1000712160668)

I'm really confused because usually they appear instantly but they still aren't showing up on my account. It's never done this to me before and it's kinda annoying because I wanted to purchase something on daily deal right away.

Just wondering if there's anything that can be done or if it's just a case of waiting.

usually logging out and logging back in can get them to show up try that if that doesn't work contact CS so they can look at your account
