Product expired

When i try to play The Sims 3 it says my product has expired and i should contact support, can anyone help me?

Wait time beetwen 5-10min, then it goes to 25-30... I'm waiting for them since yesterday, I have wrote e-mail now.

although some browsers seem to work better for live chat have you tried firefox or IE

 

i hope you do get sorted soon

actually I AM USING firefox :P still cannot connect to live chat, and didn't get respond to email, so i'll have to wait i think

i have no idea why they are not working for me, probably because my internet is kinda slow and it can't load? no idea... well i'll try with that mail, stil didn't get answer but still waiting

i hope they do answer you by email soon but i have no idea how long that could take
