So I bought the Sims 3 game a few months ago and hooked it up with origin and entered the product code and now it says I need to enter it again but this time its says its already been used and it has by me!why is this happening and how can I fix it!is there any way to keep playing the game

This is the solution?? Live chat support redirects me and has yet to resolve any issues. Waiting in queue...again.
