Problems with downloads

I can't download anything from the Sims3 website. About 1 month ago I bought some clothes but the launcher wrote that there was a mistake and it couldn't set the subjects. OK, I thought that may be I need some game additions. But 2 days ago I bought Dragom Wally and again there was a mistake with town downloads. Moreover last updatings were not loaded either.

I scaned the computer but it's OK. There wasn't any virus.

Please help me, what should I do in this situation?

I updated the Origin and now there are no problems with downloads :manhappy:
