Problem with exchange not dowloading things to launcher

So  i am having a problem with the sims exchange the button you press to add the certain thing to the game won't work at all i press it and nothings happens I am on google chrome and my sims is threw steam i just won't let me do anything  i can favorite things on the exchange but when it comes to getting it put on the download page on the launcher it won't do anything and it has not done this in the past.

try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox
