Problem installing sims three pets on ps3 [ Edited ]

Hi. I just got the sims 3 pets and it said it has to install some data i think? And it won't install. Everytime i try to install it it will freeze at 100% and it never does anything after it freezes. the disk has no scratches and the disk is clean. i don't know what could be wrong with it. Ive tried everything. Could someone please help.
