Picking up Ghost Babies

I have a Ghost Baby and have placed her in the crib.....now I can't pick her up to look after her. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a patch for this?

That's a common issue (not only for ghost babies).

Usually resetting the baby solves the issue. This is how to do this:

1. Open the cheat console with ctl-shift-c
2. Type resetsim firstname lastname (name of your Sim)

Yes but when I had this problem it was tiresome having to keep resetting my kids. I don't know how I got rid of it but it's gone now.
