Password

When i got on my computer the first thing that popped up was to log into Origin so i did ... it said my password was inccorrect... i know how to reset my Origin passwowrd but i dont kknow how to reset my Sims3.com password and it keeps saying thats its inncorrect.. whenever i click "forgot password" it brings me to my orign account .... someone hep me
