When I try to login on the The Sims site it says my password is wrong, when I hit the "Forgot My Password" button it just forwards me to the origin website and there's nothing there to help me. My Origin and The Sims passwords are not the same and I really don't know what do to.

Sounds like your account got hacked then.

 

Contact a game advisor to change it back

 

 

You need to contact a Customer Support game advisor for this

 

Game advisors can be found through live chat.

  1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
  2. Set your language to US at the bottom
  3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
  4. Describe your issue with a few words
  5. Click on Find a Solution
  6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
  7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor

Did you try resetting the password on Origin ? That's where you do it now since they connected the accounts.

 

Are you using the same email address ?

I tried that and found a new problem... My secret question is in russian maybe?? I don't know what are those simbols... it says something like this... как меня зовут
