Origin vs Sims3 log in

My Origin log in works perfectly but won't allow me to log in to Sims3. I've seen this problem on multiple blogs and question sites but none with an answer. 

I've restarted my computer and my Origin log in multiple times before and after restarting, and deleted my internet cache. I'm pulling my hair out here.
