Origin download

I purchased Sims 3 roaring heights and it has not shown up in my Origin download and its been almost 24 hours.

What do i do?

roaring heights is a world=store item the world will not be in your orign my games tab you redeem the code on your the sims 3 account then download from your the sims 3 purchase history once downloaded install it also there will be no shortcut icon or launcher icon to select the wrold to play in it'll be in the main menu +new game you will still play from whatever game you normally play from

1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)
