Origin Login

Okay, so I've gone through all of the answer boards, and I've troubleshot this thing at least twenty times. There's no logical reason for it to not be working. I'm right in the middle of downloading Sims 3, where Origin asks me to log in or create an account. I have an account, so I try to log in. However, it doesn't mater what I do, it always pops up with "Must Be Online With Logging In For The First Time". I'm connected to Wifi, I'm not using a proxy. Nothing will work to fix this problem. I'm downloading the game by DVD.
