Origin!? I dont have an internet connection!

Depends.
If you bought the base game a while back and not the alreay patched refresh version, Origin is NOT required and hence you don't need a internet connection. You do need to buy the disc though. The release date of the EP does not matter for the Origin requirement, only the base game. It should say on the base game box when an Internet connection is required. If it doesn't on yours, you should be fine
(fine print: This is how it works for me. I bought the basegame in 2009 and don't have Origin installed, works fine even for the new EPs. I can't be held responisble if that info I just gave is not correct)
