I have tried to redeem a code from a game for the first time. but it says that it´s not an correct code?

the game is: The sims Medieval

I thought that the game was made from EA and therefore it could work on Origin?

or am I wrong?

"Not in the series" means that the game, The Sims Medieval, is simply not in the series, The Sims 3. It is actually a separate game entirely.
