During the December 19th-31 Holiday giveaway I was not able to receive all of the items. I kept trying to login everyday and it would not allow me to. I have had this issue with this site before. I want to purchase simpoints but I will not if this keeps happening. It would be greatly appreciated if someone couldl help me out with this. I missed a lot of stuff not being able to log on during those times. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to contact a customer support game advisor to see if they are willing to give you the items.
