Hi there,

I just switched to Mac the day after I bought The Sims 3 On my windows pc.

(This due to technical reasons)

I noticed that Origin is not Mac enabled and I really wanted to play the sims. So I downloaded the Mac version and filled out my legit Serial.

Everything installed just fine it runned the updates (Patch).

But now when I go to the Welcome screen. It tells me I don't have the legal/full version nad I can't connect to the store.

How can I resolve this?

Could you post the exact message ? Where did you download it ?
