No disk found

When I try t play, I get to the select your family menu, but it says I have to enter my disc to continue, However, I've already entered my disc and I can't get it to play. What do I do ?

@olivria1 Is your computer a pc or mac? What version is your game?

Having this same problem as well on my mac. I think I might have found the problem but unsure how to fix it. Basically I always keep the Supernatural disk in my computer but Origin isn't showing that I ever purchased the Supernatural expansion pack. Maybe you are experiencing the same problem? I hope someone has an answer!

I use a MacMini, and I've played the game on it lots of times before, it's just started to be a problem a few weeks ago. I play Sims 3, and I use the Deluxe, Late Night, Pets, and World Adventures expansion packs.
