New computer, can't use two games

My old computer died, and I replaced it.  Currently, I cannot get my games Sims 3 Hidden Springs, nor Sims 3 Monte Vista to download.  It says that both codes are already used, but I don't want to replace them, as they were new before the computer died.  What do I do?

log into your the sims 3 account go to mystore account-purchase history download from there and install them the codes already used message is more than likely to mean the codes are regestired to your the sims 3 account and you'll need to redownload and install them from your purchase history
