I installed the Sims 3 on my old laptop through Origin, I got a new laptop and tried re-installing it, but it said that the code had already been used. I did some research and it said that it should be on my "purchased" through Origin, but it isn't. What should I do?

make sure your logging into the right origin account if you have 2 different ones
