My sims 3 won't uninstall. [ Edited ]

I recently bought a new computer and wanted to uninstall all my games from the old one, but however when I tried to uninstall the Sims 3 it didn't uninstall. It went through the whole process and when the green bar popped up it went about three quarters of the way then disappeared. I tried this multiple times and even dragged files to the trash bin and deleted off the "My Apps" all with no success. On Origin it says 'Install' like it is uninstalled. I even restarted my computer twice!! Please help (I have the newest version of windows and a Asus 2 in 1 laptop).

@twinkie444675 Does the game still run? If you used the Windows uninstall wizard - control panel / programs and features - should remove enough of the game to make it non playable. After uninstall yolu can use a program like ccleaner (there is a free version) to clean the registry. There is a program called revo uninstaller (there is a free version) that will do a better job then the Windows uninstaller.
