My sims 3 game won't let me play!

Hello!

My sims 3 movie stuff won't let me play it told me to talk to customer service. I just played it yesterday and it was fine. Please help!

yeah it just says it has no verification that the disc is a sims disc and to contact the customer service people.... grrrrrrr

only CS can have access to account/personal information so best to contact them then
