My sims 3 game was working perfectly fine until I installed a new expansion pack from the Sims website. Ever since I have installed the pack, when I click on the sims game to start it just says "There was an error during startup. Please see the Log for more details." I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game multiple times but this error message just won't go away and I cannot play either the original Sims 3 or the expansion pack. Any ideas on how you get this to work?mileysad:

Are you on PC or MAC?
What expansion pack did you download and did it install without any errors?
Is your launcher updated with the most recent patch?
