My sims 3 code wont work

My sims 3 code won't work, and everytime I try it it says its been used before, which it has on a different computer, so I just want a new code.

Have you uninstalled the game from your old computer? I believe the game can only be installed on one computer at a time.

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account. Right click the game icon download If it's not there anymore, contact a game advisor
