My sims 3 Ambitions Won't download

I have just bought on Origin The Sims 3 Ambitions. The game won't download and it says I need to install the service pack of the Sims 3, but I have already got it on CD on my desktop. It also won't let me download the Origin like it says I need to, there is no response when I click on the download button. I want my money back please.

Hi @Abby2309,

Have you tried to install your The Sims 3 base game and all your packs through Origin? That should help you avoid this kind of issues, as it's better not to mix DVD and Origin versions of the game.
