My origin games are gone

Hi, I bought and stored my sims 3 on origin, and i had to reset my computer, and when I went back and signed in to my account, IT WAS GONE! and I couldn't use my serial number because i already used it, and i found dozens upon dozens of people with this problem, but I spend a lot of hard earned money on this game and I don't want to lose the games. 

Is there a way to get my games off of the sims 3 website?

only DLC items can be download form the sims 3 site clothes hair furniture worlds but first make sure your logging into the right account if you have more than one account

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account. Right click the game icon download The game should be there in myGames. If it's not, contact a game adviser
