I have the Sims 3 with world adventures and I keep having issues with it freezing and stop working. First when I load the game and the EA symbol appears it can sometimes freeze there and I have to restart everything (but it does not happen every time). Secondly, I will be playing the game for around 40 minutes and it will crash and a windows message box will appear saying the game has stopped working with no solution on how to fix it?
I have a high spec laptop used for gaming and have only started having issues within the last few months, never any trouble before that.

I have even tried the EAI live chat and that wont work!
I have tried amending my graphics card as suggested on the internet but this does not work.
No one is relying and the is no UK phone numbers I can find to speak to anyone.
EAI customer service is disgraceful!!

Might be worth a try?
If you go to https://help.ea.com/ and select your country, you'll see a button on the right labeled "Talk to a Game Advisor".
For most countries this will show a phone number at the pop-up (I guess only US doesn't show it) directly to EA Support.
