My Sims3 Product code has already been used

I bought my sims 3 from a previsou user, who has used the product code, so it is no longer valid

What can i do to get a new product code?

Buy a new game.  EA doesn't give out codes for used games or second-hand games since they don't make any profit from those sells.  Newer versions of the base game require the code to be installed altogether and each code can only be connected to one Origin/Sims account.  Sorry.

The product code supplied by Origin after an Online Purchase does this!

Both Ambitions and Seasons so far. Purchased via Origin and the resulting email confirming purchase has unlock/product code that gives error at attempting to register the game at EA Sims Exchange

You weren't sold a second-hand game. When you buy the game from Origin, it is automatically registered for you on the Sims site; it can take some time for it to show up on your "my page" though.  Try logging in and out of both account and see if that helps.  Here are some helpful posts on registering your games:
