Moving Sims from boats to property own

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to move my sims from the boat house into property I recently purchased.  The boat is the primary house but I'm trying to move my sims into a lot that  I recently purchased through real estate.  How do I make my newly purchased real estate my primary home and my boat house secondary.

 if you just go map view the new property will have  a purple icon click on it move here option will show up if you want them on the boat at the weekends click on icon move here or you can move into any of these other properties by using your phone or computer travel and real estate-option move choose your already owned property
