I tried to purchase Monte Vista and some simpoints from the sims 3 website, i got continuous error codes and statements that my credit card details are incorrect but then when I checked my bank account the funds were taken out although the products are still not available... Urgently need help as am now nearly $100 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it!

Contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I haven't been able to purchase same error code but no charges are showing up on credit card EA needs to fix this issue Im so aggravated with them they should have not made this world without being to buy with Sim points!! very stupid move on there part!!
