About a year ago i purchased sims 3 throught ea on the download manager. Unfortunatly i have been without a laptop for the best part of 9 months, just got one again and logged on to play my game and its gone! and the new origin says theres no order history!! I am not impressed at all!!

Do you still have a serial code/registration code for your game ? Have you tried registering that at Origin ? Are you sure, you did not have another Account the game could be on ?
If that does not help, you need to contact Customer Support.

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
If the Live Chat option is not active for you, choose US as your country.
