Missing Venue

I recieved Grandpa's Grove as a bonus with Pets3 during the Sale. but I can't find it in my game anywhere.  I've chatted and talked to ea support and they think

that it should be available to me, but it isn't. I must be missing it somewhere so where should I look?

well if you downloaded it and installed it to your game it is a residential lot you'll find it in edit town the second tab where the houses are and you place it in game yourself on an empty lot size 64X64
