Missing Sims 3.

Ok so heres the story: I registered the sims 3 and everything was fine. Then as I wanted to play it (07/06/14) I looked on origin and my games and the sims 3 wasn't there. It was saying free games origin store and on the house. I don't know what happened. (NOTE: I did leave the sims for weeks) This is the second time this happened and this time i'm very annoyed. I have had to buy 3 sims 3 games because of this issue.

Are you logging into the same account you used to register the games? This is a forum for users by users and acounts can not be accessed here. You need to contact EA customer support directly about this issue. Here is a link - EA customer service. You can use online chat or if you are in the US call back.

add: Did you click my games at the top left in Origin?
