Missing Sims 3 Serial Code

The people I was staying with stole my Sims 3 serial code but I have the Cd. I uninstalled the game because it was acting up. But now I want to play the game. I can't get ahold of the people who stole the code and don't have money to buy a new game. How do I get the code?

if the game is regestired in your origin account loginto your origin account right the game icon show game details your code will be there other than that you will have to contact CS
