Are you getting the error message from your title ?

 

If so, where did you buy the base game and where did you buy WA (country) ?

Hi

 

If you could answer Crinrict's questions and provide a little more detail that would be helpful. What is the region for your base game? Presumably you are using discs or is it a mixture of disc and digital?
