[MAC] Expansion Pack Sims 3 can't install

it stopped installing when it reaches 635/688 ? then everything is ranked. 

what should I do?

Are you trying to install from disc or a download? If it's a download through Origin it may be corrupted. You need to delete the installer and re-download it:

1. Open Origin
2. In the menu bar click on Origin then Preferences
3. Making sure you are in the Advanced tab, under Game Installers click on Browse Game Installers. A Finder window will open showing a folder, open the folder and you should see the installer, it will end in .dmg.
4. Trash the installer then try re-downloading and installing it. It may be a good idea to enable Safe Mode Downloading in Origin too (further down the Advanced options).

If you're trying to install from disc I would recommend downloading and installing the digital version anyway.

It may also be a good idea to download the manual super patch.
