Lost serial codes for Sims 3 Ambitions and Late Night

I've lost my serial codes for both games I had them installed on my laptop but it was recently reformatted so I lost everything an when installing my sims 3 games i realized I no longer had  Late Night or Ambitions books but i still have the cases an disk is there anything I can do or can I get new serial numbers without buying the games all over again

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

If you have a proof of purchase, they can issue you a new serial number.
