Lost registration code

After my move, I've lost the registration code for The Sims 3 Late Night, which I wanted to install as I've gotten a new computer. Is there any way that I can get a new one, or do I have to buy the game again? I have a slim PC, without a CD drive, so I've installed my games via the Origin app.

make sure your logging into the right account if you have more than one account and that origin is up to date if the games are missing then contact CS
