Login/Launcher Issues

When my launcher opens up, it won't let me log in. Every time I put in my email and password and submit it, the same 'log in' tab comes up over and over again, as if it's refusing to let me log in. Also, when I'm in the Main Menu in-game, I'll put in my information and the game will continuously tell me that my email and password is wrong. Even when I know it's completely right. And the Launcher won't let me download anything from the exchange, either.

You might have a bad cookie:

Try this...it worked for me...

Open Internet Explorer (make 100% sure it is explorer NOT edge)

Click on the little cog in the upper right

Choose Internet options

Choose the Advanced tab then click the button that says Reset

Tick the Delete Personal Settings Box then the Reset Button

Close Internet Explorer

Open the Launcher & try to login again and it should be fixed!

I'm having the same problem - but I use Mozilla Firefox.  Can I still fix it?

It doesn't matter what browser you use.  The launcher uses IE so that is what you need to clean to fix it 😃

Once I "found" IE on my computer, I followed your instructions and it's fixed!! Thank you so much!
