License limit

Every time I want to play The Sims 3, I can't because it say License limit and gives me a webaddress, that doesn't even work. But the thing is I have download it a couple of times but that was because my laptop at the time had been sent into be repared 4 times so I had to download it so much. Is there anything I can do?? Or is it helpless??

You need to contact a game advisor so they can reset those.
