Hello,
I just repurchased a digital copy of The Sims 3 Starter Pack a couple of nights ago. I've yet to be able to play it, due to an "error during start up".
I've researched this profusely the past few days. Everything I have tried has not worked - including manually uninstalling it, deleting registries, etc. I've looked through forum after forum for answers to no avail.
Obviously, I'm a bit frustrated. The fact that a refund was denied to me doesn't help, either. So, I'm out $20, or hopefully someone has managed to find a work around. I just want to play The Sims again! :\
