Launcher doesn't start up keeps saying 'there was an error during startup please see the log for more details''

I need help updating my Sims 3. Everytime it has been updating, once its nearly finished a message pops up saying

"there was an error during startup please see the log for more details". I have origin and have updated it, the patch is 1.42.130. The game I have is generations and ever since a installed it this has been happening I haven't got a chance to play it once. Sooo please help 

I also have deleted all Cache files, and uninstalled every single bit of CC I had to install it and still had the error. any thoughts on how to resolve it?
