It says I need to activate my game but already have [ Edited ]

I went to play my Sims 3 game and it said I had to activate it but I already have and I entered the code but it says it's been used. So my question is why do I need to activate it again when I already have. And the game disappeared from my game library. Plz help!!

you don't have to re-register if you already regestired them did you use two different email accounts if so you need to contact CS as only they can look at your account and assist with mergeing the account if you used two different accounts
