Invalid code for sims 3 after uninstalling and reinstalling?

I uninstalled the sims 3 and reinstalled it due to some content issues I was having. When I tried to redownload it from origin it is now telling me that my code is not valid. I am using the code that origin says belongs to the game and I have reentered it several times to no avail.

I have been having so many problems with this game it's really getting frustrating. I've put too much money into it to lose it. Please help.
