Installing problems

I just bought The Sims 3 Starter package.

I install everything with Orgin and downloaded the games by entering the product code, and when i now trying to enter the game like start playing it it telling me i need a activation code? I allready used it when i downloaded the game... I made a account on EA and i can see my games been activated from a admin or anything idk what its called... But it still wont work and i need to activate it again i guess but how?
