Installation Issue

I uninstalled The Sims 3 a while back. I then tried to reinstall it but my computer shut off mid installation. Now it's stuck on my computer. I can't finish installing it and I also can't uninstall it. I don't know what to do. Any ideas? I'm desperate for help.

How have you tried to uninstall the game? The following is a link of a complete manual uninstall of The Sims 3 - be warned, this will delete any save files, so make sure to backup any you may have had.
