Install SIMS 3 doesn't reconize the code at second reinstall

I 've installed one time  the SIMS3 , i get issue to play with  it so i've uninstall it and try to reinstall it but i get an error message that the code can't be installed..

Are you trying to install it on the same computer you ran it before? If yes, you will probably need a manual uninstall. Read here how to do that best:
