[Info Request] Script Errors on the Launcher

I always get two script errors... the first one says:

Line: 1254

Char: 8

Error: Object doesnt support property or method 'easySlider'

Code: 0

URL:http://launcherapi.thesims3.com/launcher/home.html?launcherLocale=en_US&launcherCountry=US

The second one says:

Line: 0

Char: 0

Error: Script error

Code: 0

URL: http://be.sponsorpay.com/assets/web_client.js

it dissapears and it goes back to normal

I uninstalled IE a long time ago.. I use google chrome.. should i get IE back?

Im not using any adblockers

another problem that idk if its caused by the script errors is that the launcher works fine and the game loads really quick (a good thing I suppose) but as soon as i choose a family or finish creating one, it freezes and the game says "sims 3 has stopped working" and I have to Quit the game.

 This has been happening for 2 days..

I have Java updated to the latest version, Same with Origin.. I really dont know y this is happening

Yes, reinstall IE. The launcher uses it no matter your default browser.

The two messages are pretty common though and the sponserpay one seems to be something on EA's side.

I have read this thread and I am having this problem aswell.

It is most likely the reason why I am un able to play my ea origin games.

Any other tim bits of information?

All of the above has failed to correct my issue.

It should not make your game not work. If you're game doesn't work, then it's something different.

i get that one as well do you have into the future ?

once i installed that on it went away

I have problems with my sims.

After i installed Seasons. But it works now. I reeinstalled origin and sims 3.

But now the script error comes up.

And i can't update my sims.

When i click on update, it just stand still.

What do i do about that??

• What's your operating system ? Windows 8
• What does the Error Part and the URL Part of the message say ?^^ Line 8, number 7390. Fail: the member is not found.. code: 0 - URL: http://lvlt.thesims3.com/scripts/combined.js.h296323417.pack
• What happens if you press Yes/No ? I can play offline
• What country are you in Denmark

I have done that,

but then it says: Update fail: invalid fail found..???

Use the super patch instead of the incremental one. That should not give you the error

when i click on super patch (all religion 1,7 GB) 

and the link open, it says : 403 forbidden..

How can i open this side then??
