just got a script error ,fired up the launcher logged in ( i can still play though trying to wrap up the ark wish )

EA had maintanance yesterday.

I get it too but it should not affect your ability to play the game.

The game also wont load, just a black screen with a spinning circle as if its loading. 

Was fine last night even with the script error, could get it working after several reboots and tries.

Today and tonight, nothing even with all mods and cc removed.

Best if you made your own thread. Black screens should not have anything to do with the scriptError.

Hi!

Wondered if anybody could help, when i try to launch The Sims 3 i get a script error;

Line: 1061,

Char: 4,

Error: Invalid argument,

Code: 0,

URL: http://lvlt.thesims3.com/js/jquery-1.3.2_ver928421.js

It then asks if i want to continue running scripts on the page, when i click yes the error goes but when i click the play button it says there is no game disc found. The game also isnt loading when i take the disc out and reenter it.

Any ideas? It was playing fine on Tuesday.

The two have nothing to do with each other. Make your own thread for the no disc issue.

The jquery-1.3.2 one is something EA needs to fixed. It's been forwarded to them.
