I purchased the sims 3 PC download yesterday for $29.99. I'm trying to register my game... But it's saying the product key the orgin accounts giving me is wrong. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. Or what account I bought it on... This is the product key Orgin is giving me for the sims 3 account (edit: code removed for security reasons) I think when I bought it I may have used the wrong email. I have a recipt of my purchase I just would like to register my account. Thank you.

Have you tried to redeem your code here?

After that the game should show up in your Origin client from where you can download it.
If you did all that and still get the error message, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
